Refund Policy

Refund will not be issued by kda if the returns of products are received in damaged conditions.

For returns please read the return policy above.

If customer receives the products in damage condition, customer has to provide evidence, contacting us on info@kda.com and provided on evidence, team kdawill have the right to judge if the product is damaged or not. Once verified as damaged, then customer will be getting their refund back to the origin account from where the payment was made in 7 working days after confirmation of verification.

Refunds will not be made if customer does not like the taste of the product ordered or if they prepare the food in wrong way then mentioned on the product itself.

Returns
As the orders are going to get shipped from India we do not accept any returns once shipped.

If you then to wish to send the products back, then the shipping charge for returns will be beard by customer and kda will not reimburse the same.

After the return company members will check the product and if received in good condition then only the payment will be processed ahead with deduction of the shipping charge beard by the company for the forward shipping.
